Absolutely do not recommend. There was a mixup with our taxes (through no fault of our own) and we attempted for weeks to get assistance or at least some guidance from Alicia with no response. We had to reach out directly to the state who helped up clear everything up and the state realized that multiple elements of our taxes were prepared incorrectly AND our return amount that we were told was slashed extensively. I was ready to give Alicia the benefit of the doubt but I am sadly not the only review that speaks to her lack of response. I just want to warn others before they have any of the same issues that I do.

Great Service! I usually do my taxes myself but with recent changes to my life situation I decided to have someone else do it. I found Alicia via Google and gave her a try. She was Amazing and I’m satisfied with my return. She is flexible as well and reasonably priced! I highly recommend her

My husband and I went to this person to do our taxes gave her all our tax and very personal info. We never heard from her again! We tried over and over to find out what happened. We got a hold of her so called assistant. She never did a thing! Strangest thing ever. We had to finally fill out a form with the IRS to report this Aho person. Never got our papers back and never knew what the problem was. Very unprofessional and disturbing. Where IS our papers At least send them to us! You have our address!!!!!!
