I had such a positive experience with Susan. The was very polite, understanding, helpful and knowledgeable. I have not one bad thing to say about her. I see why she was so recommended by multiple people for family law.

To say that I am extremely disappointed and upset with the paid legal services provided by Susan Albertoni and the law firm of Albertoni and Associates is a huge understatement. The lack of communication, failure to manage my case efficiently and in a timely manner, as well as the surprise charges for unseen and unheard of services is just the start. Susan was NEVER available. I hired her to be my lawyer, and never received a call back, answered email, or any type of communication that would make me feel comfortable that my case was being taken care of. Every time I called the office to speak with her, she was never available, and I was constantly told that she would “get back to me”, but never did. Her paralegal, Sandra, never had any answers for me either. They made me feel naïve, over dramatic, and just plain stupid at times for just wanting to know simple, straight forward information about my case. I was always told that they were “sorry I just didn’t understand”. I’M PAYING YOU TO HELP ME UNDERSTAND. This was not my first time hiring a lawyer, so I know what a good one should do. A GOOD lawyer should make their client feel comfortable with every step of their case. A GOOD lawyer should review complicated documents and explain the legal jargon so that their client fully understands what they are sending/receiving from the court. A GOOD lawyer would make their client feel confident that they prepared well for any hearings by explain what researcg was done in preparation, what the strategy will be for their case, and what the possible outcomes could be along with how they would handle them. Susan and her staff never made me feel confident, comfortable, or happy with their services provided. I was never kept informed, and my attempts lto get the information myself never led to anything. Not only was my case already emotionally and mentally exhausting as it was, but Susan Albertoni and her Associates only added to that stress. I HIGHLY recommend that you look for other law firms to represent you so that you can avoid the same stresses and lack of representation.

Susan and Cindy morse are in the same office. Yet one is a lawyer for a defendant and the other is a minors counsel on the same case. That's a conflict of interest. Fight this crooked system, this is illegal and more people need to fight back. Susan should be ashamed of herself.

Susan is awesome! I highly recommend her and this law firm for your legal needs. Susan took on a difficult case and she handled it with professionalism, tact and preparedness. She listens to the needs of her clients and builds her case or defense based upon those individual needs. She is fair and very friendly. She came in like a hurricane and blew the other side away using tact and facts. She is great! Thank you for all you have done.

Susan was beyond wonderful. She came in and listened to the whole story. She took the case serious and she handled it so professionally. This was not an easy case but she handled it so gracefully. She made us all feel comfortable. If I ever need an attorney in the future I will totally be using her. I could keep rambling at how great she is but I think you get the picture. She really is the best in the buisness. Don't mess with Albertoni and Associates! They dont mess around!

As a court appointed attorney I have to say that Alexandria is one of the worst I have seen in the court room. She is extremely passive and has absolutely no backbone when it comes to disagreeing with the judge and/or the child protective agency. I cannot Express my dissatisfaction with her. In court, Alexandria actually needs guidance when it comes to referencing law literature, from her own client. This is my experience. She expresses her OWN concerns and feelings to the judge about the foster family's affairs with my children, rather than speaking about MY concerns, and contests the most outrageous things that are very minimal and minor issues compared to what I would have wanted her to address. I cannot believe that she is actually another attorney. I am happy that she is court appointed because I would NEVER retain her in a million years. I'm searching for an attorney and came across her name and got repulsed. Thought I'd write an honest review of my current experiences with her since I am forced to have her represent me in court at the moment. If you read this Alexandria, I hope that you take this to heart, and please start calling back your clients. Not just in a timely manner, but just in general- call your clients back. And call your clients before court to discuss things. My husbands lawyer does. His court appointed attorney just like you! Also, you dont always have to go along with child protective agency's plan of action. They aren't always right about their judgments and findings. I can PROMISE you that. Investigate a little more and get to know your clients and their situation. You simply cannot meet with your client for five minute intervals between court hearings and expect that to be a sufficient. I really hope to see you engage more.

Did not even meet for the whole hour that I paid for. Did not even review my documents that I provided for my case even when I emailed it weeks in advance. Did not even acknowledge that I had an appointment and had to double check. Did not even provide advocacy for me if I become a potential client. Give me a phone number to a labortory that no longer partners with the courtscourt a year ago. Over over price for the quality of work the staff already has performed. No bueno. No recommendation.

Susan is EXCELLENT I had her for a criminal defense case and she ruled the court room also she is very easy and nice to talk to and always kept me up to date on everything going on I would highly recommend her do not believe everything you read on these reviews you can't win every single case and make everyone happy but I see some of these reviews and can't believe their talking about Susan she won my case and was super professional and kind couldn't have asked for a better experience with a lawyer
