The civilian employee that answered the phone here pretty much did that and nothing else. Less than helpful, couldn't offer any information to my question, and when I asked if she could advise where I might be referred to or whom else I could call, she simply said "No." Don't waste your time calling here, call the Wasilla office instead. They are much more helpful and much more willing to help. I'm sure the employee at this Palmer office will appreciate it, since it will mean one less phone she has to answer and that much less work she has to do. ?
