Tom is the worst. He agreed to rent to me so I packed my house and gave my apartment manager my 30 day notice and a couple days before I was to move in he changed his mind for no reason. I had my manager call and left messages for reference and still he said sorry but I can’t rent to you something doesn’t feel right and hung up on me. So I was left with an apartment completely packed . He is rude, he also said if I got a boyfriend later he would ask me to move out. We weren’t aloud to have company over either he said he wanted to keep it quite. In the end I guess I dodged a bullet. I plan to report him. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. How can a man do this to a single mother of 3.smh
