Update: We were in the process of selling moms house to fund her care in assisted living when she died...quite complicated or so I thought. I hired an estate lawyer and when he looked a the trust setup by Robyn he commented how perfect it was and that he used the same format. I have to say Robyn is the best! I've used her services twice, once for my partner putting together his first trust and for my mother after my father passed away and we needed to update an outdated will.

She's a super great communicator and let's you know what she's capable of doing and where you might be better served by using a specialized law firm.

I think if your situation is pretty standard, why not save some money and let Robyn do what most law firms would do for twice the price.

Very happy. We used her to set up a trust when we were married as we had several properties. Now that we are happily divorced I used her to set up a trust, medical directive, etc. She is knowledgeable, made sure I knew that my out of the country kids would have some difficulty dealing as executors, set up my ex wife in the trust, dealt with the provisions for property and more.
