Very very very rude woman. I called to ask for guidence in a current situation with my grandparents. The ladies name was Norma Brown that I spoke with. She hardly let me explain the situation, told me to look in a book for the Medicaid office and when I said there was no book, she said call the number in the book and hung up.... very rude. I would not hold ever try to contact them if I'd have known how rude she was. Also, they are not on the BBB so there is another reason I thought I'd write a review. If you are going to donate to a cause, please think of donating else where.

PS: Mrs. Brown, I am an educated individual. As an advocate for the people, you should learn more listen/speaker skills. The next time someone calls you and ask for guidence, you should actually guide them not just hang up! I hope that wherever you end up, God forgives you for portraying yourself as an advocate yet deceiving people.

I had the worst experience with this agency. I was sent there to complete community service hours their and she was so rude and tired to insult my intelligence by saying that "go a somewhere else and be Dumb , she asked me to complete a task without any directions or source of the statistics she was looking for. If you have to do community service there think twice, she will be rude and call you dumb for not having anything for you to do. Norma Bradley refused to sign my hours off at one point ..huh. Don't do it!!! Despite the horrible experience with Norma, the rest of the staff was very helpful and caring. Legal Advocate should be more selective of the administration they selcet because it reflects the company's professional background

Norma Bradly is one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to! Just because she's a supervisor does Not give her the right to abuse her Authority! Someone needs to look into her place of operation!
