You are guilty then have to prove your innocent I lost two jobs my background was completely destroyed and every time I went to court they would talk about dismissing my case but wait a couple more months. Six months later 8K in debt my second week of work just got my second old registration tag ticket. I got my gun back today! I don't understand how they can put that on your background check when you haven't been proven guilty they're overly eager and excited to destroy an Americans life. My public defender was overly eager for me to take every deal when I kept telling her no I'm pretty smart can you just handle the paperwork side and I'll handle the rest and I'll get us through it I promise. I took it to trial, won!

Magistrate Rachel Catt should NOT be in a position to be judging others. I was there to testify in a protection order case and Catt was visibly upset the entire time the 8:30 court hearing (which took over 2 hours before we even got to our case) was taking place due to others in the court. This was a case where my gf and I's lives were threatened and Magistrate Catt didn't take in CLEAR evidence that I was threatened. She proceeded to turn it into something it's not by making it about someone who wasn't even in the courtroom or building for that matter. She proceeded to lecture us about "not stressing out" this person that's not even involved at the end of our hearing. To top it off, after NOT allowing a permanent restraining order to go through, she had the audacity to proceed to tell us to "get along or someone is going to get hurt and the cops will be called." Surprise surprise, not even an hour after those words were said, the cops were called on the very person we were trying to get a restraining order against. Thank you, MAGISTRATE (not judge) RACHEL CATT for allowing multiple lives to continue to be endangered. If a little old dementia patient get hurt because of this magistrates decision, we will sue.

One last thing, on top of not taking our clear evidence of the threat, Catt took in evidence that doesn't relate to the restraining order. Seemed to care strongly for the older generations instead of caring strongly for justice.

If Teri Lynn Vasquez is appointed as your judge, run. Immediately request a new judge. Not only does she not follow the Colorado statute regarding the Best Interests of the Child, she also fails to protect victims of domestic violence. She has left my child in a dangerous situation on top of putting her in the center of the conflict. My role as a mother is to protect my child and Teri Lynn Vasquez has failed to allow me to do that by denying motion after motion when the evidence is right smack in her face. I will be moving forward with filing a complaint with the Colorado Commission on Judicial Discipline as well as an appeal. What this judge is doing is NOT okay.

This place is awful. No organization. Everyone is miserable working there having attitudes. Very unprofessional traffic courts. Most of the employees look like they rolled out of bed and went to work in their pajamas. They need restructuring, dress codes, and classes for professionalism. They only speak in Spanish when making announcements. By far this is the worse court house. The security up front have no idea how to do their jobs. Talking to visitors aggressively and rude. There’s a difference being firm and aggressively rude.

Been here multiple times for my case. Most of the staff here were friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be theres no food court and the people in records department is either understaff or avoiding work. Because 100% of the time I go in there There has been no one there to help and I have to wait for a unknown amount of time. Also lines can take forever

my name is Heather Randon. I contacted the Adams County Court to express my need to submit my proof of insurance which I did not have at the time of the traffic stop I was involved in while driving.

I unfortunately could not find the insurance coverage on the vehicle I was driving at the moment, however, the car was truly covered, and the very nice officer allowed me to receive the ticket. Without punishment of towing the car. I was in Thornton, Colorado this ticket was written to appear in Brighton County Court when I called in and spoke to Humberto he was very helpful. He was one of the operators that answered the phone. He also was lovely to work with, and guide me through the process of waiting at least a minimum of two weeks to a month once the ticket was in the Adams County Court system to submit proof of insurance to avoid hopefully coming into court I want to express my gratitude for everyone being kind and Adams County regarding your court system and just in general. Thank you it's nice to be a blessing and I express my gratitude as to being treated with decency respect and kindness.

Been here for jury duty 3x and it's been awful every time. Extremely long security lines with rude people, no food except for vending machines, nowhere to really sit. I dread every time I get that letter in the mail.

This place is awful. No place for jurors or anyone to eat, and they threatened to throw away my brand new water bottle because it was made of metal. God forbid. Not to mention to public WiFi and they confiscate any pills that aren’t in their original container.
