I would HIGHLY recommend taking your animal to be processed by Eric & Carla! They have processed both a hog and an Elk for us and I couldn't be more grateful. Their customer service, knowledge and ability is worth every penny of keeping my business local over making the long commute to the big city. Honestly these folks are great! Eric and his team run a great operation. First time with an elk, and it was processed in a couple days. Prices are fair, but overall, you'll want a clean shop for your meat to take home. Highly recommend. Thanks for your help!

I took my elk here in 2020. Absolutely the cleanest shop I’ve ever taken an animal to, be it wild game or cattle. Great attention to detail, fair pricing, lots of cut selections/customizations, very friendly, and 2 years later the few packages we still do have in the deep freezer are still fresh. No freezer burn or anything, seriously the best packaging job out of any place I’ve been to. I hope to be able to use them again!

Great group of people. Exceptionally clean with great prices. They recognized me and a buddy were from out of town and finished caping out my deer to make it legal to travel across state lines in under an hour.
