Thank you for taking seriously and capturing the nature of the systemic problems with over reliance on a separate school orientation for Delaware babies. The imbalance of resources for modalities and placements is proof of discriminatory practices. The system needs a full overhaul, not more false promises by people with an agenda to categorically colonize children.

Their attorney helped me when Delmarva Power charged me for electric power related to an old bill that went unpaid by someone else. When they threatened to turn off my power, I called the ACLU and their attorney called Delmarva Power’s attorney And the issue was resolved. Caring people.

If I could give 1 Star I would. This office told me it was too small to handle my case where I was lied in and falsely arrested by Wilmington police that I have proof of. This state works together to cover up their wrong doing and will go to any extreme to do so from fake psych Evals, false arrest, harassemt of all kinds with a long list of other illegal tactics. I am a victim of legal abuse of power and intentional infliction of distress are inflicted by Delaware officials purposely because I voice my opinion and state my concerns as a citizen. This office is joke!

Their bigoted and ignorant choice in trying to deprive deaf children of a meaningful education in support of a bankrupt education theory isn't just wrong, it is evil.

None of my correspondence has been acknowledged, let alone discussed. Their phones are a rat maze that go nowhere. Phone calls have not been acknowledged or answered. I can’t even get an administrative assistant or operator. Very disappointed.
