Susan handled a complex closing for us involving two separate properties being sold to the same buyers from the same sellers back to back on the same day. In addition, the properties were located in an attorney state so a lawyer was present on the phone and there were also additional witnessing requirements and an immediate scan back to the law firm was necessary. In short this was difficult and Susan handled it with ease. Highly recommended.
