I truly enjoyed working with ABC’s support team in getting my passport expedited!
I recieved my new passport, old passport and Passport Card within five business days when I had to travel unexpectedly. They explained the process very well, stayed organized with their forms, and kept in touch with me when I had questions or follow ups!

When the Chinese Embassy got anxious about our dual nationality, Mike gave us guidance on the correct supporting documentation to send to him at ABC. Due to the delay in processing our visas, the company sent our passports back by overnight courier, at their expense. These folks are more than a pickup and drop off service. They really went the extra mile. Small wonder that they maintain such a good rating with the Better Business Bureau. Thanks !

In a very tough time obtaining passports, we discovered a lost/stolen passport just before going on an international trip. This agency was able to turn around a new passport very quickly as promised and we did not have to cancel our trip!

I cannot say enough good things about the assistance provided by ABC Visa. Passport appointments are nearly impossible to get at this point and when the appointments for myself and my two sons were cancelled (because the postal employee came down with COVID), ABC Visa came to the rescue. I must say that my experience with this company exceeded all my expectations!!! Their team worked a miracle for us. Last minute work assignment, just realized that my passport expired a month ago, I had to apply to renew it and apply for a visa to india but I only had 5 days to get to India. Total panic!!!! ... Looked up online for a solution and ABC Visa & Passport Services was the one, they made it happen! They have saved my job.. Thank you ABC for everything.

Good old fashion customer service. These guys really take care of their customers even if it’s 3000 miles away. I’ve used them at least three times now and they help explain the process and stay in close contact till your documents are on their way back to you. Can’t say enough good things about them.

ABC Visa & Passport went above and beyond when it came to customer service for my expedited renewed passport. Despite the horrid bureaucracy of the State Department that led to unanticipated delays with little information provided as to why, ABC customer service provided me with constant updates via text and calling. Seriously: These guys are life-savers.
