Customer service is very rude, lazy, immature, not professional and not helpful by any means. I had to call so many times and still have not had my problem solved. I’m stressed after speaking with the same guy that will not assist me any further than it’s “not our problem”. They have no customer service skills and they need to learn how to be more patient and not rush someone who is trying to handle their debt that’s in collections. I am just trying to solve my debt and am doing all the work. I was very nice and shouldn’t have been but feel like that guy was having a bad day, whenever I called. Not professional.

This company has been increasing balance on my credit for a debt that has long since been paid. They are just out to bully people into giving them money and when I disputed the collection they retaliated by increasing the debt to hit my credit more.

I cannot remember the guys name but he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I was trying to pay my debt in full and all he wanted to do was argue. It's been 2 months since I payed my debt in full and it still hasn't been removed from collections.

The worst customer service ever. If you want to collect something get your facts right and make sure you speak properly with someone. Max and Danny Robinson were the worst customer service people I have ever spoke to they sounded like they were 12 years old and have no college background. Rude and disrespectful. Remember approach determines response.

I received a phony bill for collection from them. They somehow have my hospital account number, address, etc. Don't fall for their scare tactics!
