I ordered multiple transcripts on behalf of a client in a criminal matter. The company sent me an e-mail acknowledging the orders and promised delivery of the transcripts by a date certain. Aapex did not deliver the transcripts by the date promised nor did anyone from the company bother to contact me as to why the transcripts were not delivered or why there was a delay. I do not recommend using this company for any legal support services.

This is one of the most corrupt companies on the planet. They want to be a Systemite, but as an LLC, they're a business, & their business is printing up transcripts for Pro Se or Lawyers who request it. But they're biased towards Pro Se, which makes no sense, bc even the Lawyer is asking for the transcripts for some further proceedings. Typically, you pay for something, & then you get that product or service. Seems simple enough. They mess that simple contract up real bad. I requested transcripts 6 months ago, they took $400, & never sent them. Now they want $140 more for legal documents that I needed months ago. Terrible company, terrible people. I'm working on a class action lawsuit against these people... they're playing w people's lives, as well as stealing & tampering with evidence. If you've gotten robbed from these people, contact me. I can't stand thieves. How about earning a living for a change?

Terrible customer service. The company charges you for more than you requested or need. They will fight tooth and nail to blame you for the extra charge. Be weary of their estimates and check everything because they try to "sell" you more than is needed. They also charge a ridiculous amount if you pay by CC.
