I was with the old owner and saw the transition of the new owner and I will say I am thoroughly impressed. Glenda makes sure she accommodates the needs of her regulars as well as newly interested peoples. If she doesn't know the answer she will find out the answer. She is friendly, personable and believes in the foundation of respect. I love it here

I had a DHL package to ship to Hong Kong and it led me to the closest DHL approved partner by me. I'm glad it led me to A+ Mail Room. Glenda is a true delight and you can tell she cares about each and every customer. It is a family run business and the culture inside the building reflects it. She took care of me with her full attention despite having a busy store front. I also noticed she ends every customer interaction with, "have a blessed day". She means it 🙂

The lady, owner of the store, was VERY VERY disrespectful. Went to the store to print some paper, she asked color or black & white we told her for color but when it was printed, there was no color so I literally asked her “there’s no color on it can we change it to black & white?” Not disrespectful at all… then she told me no because it was already printed out then, me not saying anything, she said “you know what, I’ll take care of you” so okay fine, didn’t say any other word. When she gave us the papers she said “don’t come back to my store”….. what!? Worst costumer service ever coming from an owner.

The only issue I have with this site is the owner who comes out and Almost Demands that you speak or acknowledge him, "inserting" himself into the business transactions Of other workers there, when it's not necessary- he butts in, which got to be a little obnoxious! I'm not there to be "part of the A+ family." I'm there for business only. It's just getting a bit weird, except for Crom, who is GREAT! But this lack of professionality by whoever is... irritating. Then, making side comments about packages! Blech! No thank you. Moving on.
