At first they were nice and informative. However, once they've secured their payment then it's a different story. Unfortunately, I had many changes and updates to my information because "life happens". The paralegal was upset and made rude comments to me because she had to make changes and updates upon reviewing and finalizing the forms. Very unprofessional in my opinion and absolutely uncalled for as that is the point of the whole appointment of reviewing and finalizing documents. I wish I would have known before and read all the reviews. If I could redo this process I wouldn't have chose them and their service.

I should of scrolled further down in the reviews. The comment about the receptionist not giving full information is totally accurate. I specifically asked about fees she said she can schedule me a consultation. Spoke with her about my situation and what it was I needed assistance with. I felt that I was pretty honest that cost was an issue. Schedules me the consultation. Asks if I know the address. I was getting ready to say thank you see you then and she hits me with the $55 consultation fee. So annoying. Not disclosing any fees makes me feel so uneasy. Read through all the reviews before calling!!!!!!

At first, I was impressed to be disappointed later as they would not warranty later word and work, backdated timelines, and lack of engagement once they get your money in the bank. If I had to do it all over again, I would not go there looks like a class, but it’s just that an act. Once they get your money, they don’t return emails. If you have an issue and it’s their fault they don’t wanna own it., Backdating critical documents that need to be processed on time. Of course postponing my mother’s court date because of improperly Following court guidelines with timing, The business was paid respectfully if they would’ve owned their mistakes rather than snub us, I wouldn’t have to be placing a negative review. Making faults statements and not being able to carry through properly and a lack of editing on documents even after you point them out tells me that they’re just after the dollar and once they got your money, they will not, follow up critical customer service and reputation, sadly I give them 2 thumbs down , for their lack of professionalism and evasiveness once they got your money.

My appointment was at 2. I walked in at 1:20. I could’ve waited in the waiting room. I had no issue I knew I was pretty early but instead I get told him too early and I should come back. They were rude in the front and I’m not going to waste my time on my money on them. If I can give a 0 I would. The way the second lady I didn’t catch her name short hair light brown was rude she needs to not be there.
