I purchased service from this company but then I backed out cuz my invention wasn't as good as I thought it was. They refunded me my initial payment which showed me they were a very credible and legitimate organization. The information and services I got from this company showed me that they know what they're doing and have an awesome pipeline to get your invention on the market.

InventHelp definitely help connecting me with a legit patent attorney (not part of InventHelp). That's very positive. However, they are not a great partner for the tasks they were suppose to take on. Marketing materials were written with no interest in understanding the product of selling points. No one setup time to collaborate with me to get my insights. Potential target company list. This was delayed and delayed with a lot of false promises. Once received, 75% of the companies on the list don't have product lines that would make them a potential licensing partner. They simply pushed a button and printed a list of companies. I've tried several times to speak to my original sales person and several times to speak to any manager at customer care. Crickets. Waste of money.

Hello to all, this is well over due. I want tell you a about my horrible experience. And warn all of you to never waist you time or any money with InventHelp. They are nothing but liars and thieves. And when they do not produce results. You are never going to get your money back. It`s this simple when you call or don`t waist you time going in. They are going to tell you about their awesome list of vendors. That are interested in your products. Asked them to produces the list before you spend any money. This list is 100% useless/ bogus . Company that have nothing to do with your business or no longer exists. And if you have a complaint, good luck. I spend countless hours putting in all my facts requesting my almost $20.000.00 and nothing. I called several time and all I got was “ it’s still in review. This completely broke my business as I invested everything I had. Save you money, this is a scam that has multiple class action laws suits.
