I met with Joel several times regarding my case. Every time he listened, took notes, and advised me regarding landlord-tenants rights. He did not "take sides", although he did support me in the merits of my case. I had already done allot of homework, and thought my case was clearly a fraud case, but I wasn't sure. However, he advised me it was in fact fraud, the liability of the person posing as a landlord, what my rights were, the damages due me, and my options for remedy. I highly recommend their council.

If you are a landlord, this is a waste of time! I was in a nasty dispute with THE WORST tenant I have ever had in 35 years of renting apartments, and the Mediation folks clearly sided with every aspect of the tenants unreasonable demands, even when it went beyond what the law clearly states. They don't mediate, they advocate ... for the tenant. I would never use these guys again!
