Allan successfully defended me from having to pay over $9,000.
I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, until I found him. He is the first lawyer I meet that I actually like. I consulted with a lot of lawyers and only 3 would I recommend depending on your legal needs. There are a lot of lawyers who are looking after their best interest, getting your money and not giving you the best advice on what to do. Michael Stuart and Peter Bliss were the only 2 honest ones who said you need a good litigation lawyer who will do this for a lot less than what I will cost and is better. Allan Cate is who I was referred to. Allan Cate was absolutely fantastic in court and keeping me from totally freaking until then. I would use him for anything . I will say this again the rest of the lawyers out there I found to be untrustworthy, not giving the best advice and just out to take your money.

Allan Cate is a godsend! He helped us when we had troubles with our landlord. That is seriously a scary situation... We were facing loosing our home because of uninhabitable conditions (bed bugs that came from an attached unit, nightmare!!!). Allan took some of the stress off. He calmed us, handled our landlord and his lawyer, and helped us mediate the situation. I couldn't have asked for more. He is friendly and casual to speak with which helps when you don't understand all the laws. The letters he wrote were so well written, too the point and strong.
