Disappointing Experience - Poor Communication and Missed Deadlines

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Lokk Legal. Despite initially feeling confident in their abilities, I encountered multiple instances of missed deadlines, which jeopardized a critical business deal I was working on. Worse yet, the communication was inconsistent and unprofessional.

I repeatedly had to follow up on matters that should have been proactively handled by the legal team. When I finally received responses, they were often delayed, lacking in detail, and did little to resolve my concerns.

I understand that legal work can be complex and timelines may shift, but there was a complete lack of urgency or accountability throughout the process. As a result, I lost an important business opportunity, which could have been avoided with better communication and timely action.

I cannot recommend Lokk Legal if you need a reliable, communicative team that can meet deadlines.
