My Mother was a passenger on a motorcycle when it was hit by an SUV and she suffered major injuries. CHP determined the motorcycle was at fault so we did not have any expectations that any money would be paid out from insurance and weren’t even confident that the McClellan Law Firm would take our case. Our initial consultation was with Barbara who gathered information about the accident and injuries. She was very personable, empathic, explained the process in detail and in vocabulary we could understand. Conor and Craig were able to negotiate the medical liens substantially and our case was settled in just 3 weeks (it took more than 8 months for CHP to complete the accident report).
