I am a client of McNeil Tropp & Braun LLP due to my insurance company hiring them for a death in the family. My experience this far has been subpar.

Kendra is my assigned lawyer and has not had good communication. I have been told several dates that my paperwork would be done and we are way past that deadline. If communication, honesty and compassion are what you are looking for… reconsider hiring this firm.

This law firm represented my son’s auto insurance company in regards to an auto accident that he was involved in and blamed for. Now you would think that an insurance company would want to pay out as less as possible. I had facts to the case, to the accident to be more specific that would have lessen the liability of their client, however I was completely ignored by the attorneys and the attorney partners. This was regarding the safety of the other party and their occupants of their vehicle, in which none of the 4 people were in seatbelts nor any type of safety measure was taken.
I even had court transcripts that proved this fact and the fact that the other party had run the red light but they could care less. I even had power of attorney in regards to my son and his representation, yet I was ignored.
Of course they’re gonna say I didn’t know anything about the case but I don’t know nothing about civil litigation lawsuits Personal Injury etc. but that would be a complete absolute falsehood.
The information I had for things of this nature.
1. Is it a coincidence that the other party deceased had coronary heart disease with a 75% narrowing of the artery, with stints and a 5 year or less life expectancy.
2. How about the fact that Irvine Police officer J or Johnathan Cherney left the deceased body out on the street after being removed from the driver seat of the vehicle in which she drive. Fact, the OC Corners Office was waived off and told to return when they were called back to get he scene. Well Irvine PD had the body from 9:00 pm until 1:00 am then, OC Corner left the scene at 4:00 am with a body that Detective Cherney labeled a Jane Doe when he fully knew the persons name and info, had her purse, ID, Insurance Card etc.

Based on our most recent experience being defendants in a personal injury action, I feel compelled to write this review about our experience with MTB lawyers. To just write a rave review about what we saw inside the courtroom, would do injustice to the way Jeff Braun and Kendal Craver handled the case.

Unfortunately, it is rare these days when you witness a true professional at work, and we witnessed exactly that, from the preparation to action Jeff was simply masterful inside the courtroom. It felt like we were watching a TV drama and the outcome was to match.
