Kimberly Tucker has been an amazing attorney to represent me in my DWI case. (It was a repeat offense and it didn't stop her!) She was fighting for me from the very beginning. She will give you a list of tools/classes to help with your case. She's dedicated, loyal, and straight forward. She works extremely hard & communicates with you about your case!!! Ms. Kimberly Tucker and Dylan (her legal assistant) are the best representation you can find. They fight for you and help with every step along the way (nothing gets missed) and you can tell how passionate they both are about what they do! During this time of thankfulness, I thought I'd give another try to write the perfect review for the perfect attorney & her perfect assistant! 5 stars, are a start to show the excellence Ms. Tucker & Dylan show from that first meeting or conversation on the phone. After the 5 stars is where I start to write, then rewrite & rewrite again trying to get the right words to show not only my gratitude but also to say how awesome, wonderful, amazing and I keep changing those words because they don't seem to be the best words to get across just how incredible these 2 people are & what their commitment to their clients is from the beginning. I feel so fortunate I found Ms. Tucker online and reached out to see if she'd be able to help me & then if I'd be able to afford for her to help. By the time I hung up I had decided I would find a way to afford Kimberly. She has such passion for the law, for her clients & I knew she was the BEST!! I had such faith in her & Dylan, I decided I wanted/needed her to handle both my Collin County & City of Plano cases & let my "free" attorney go. Honestly, I had no faith in him once everything started going.
To say I was pleased with the outcome doesn't begin to convey my feelings!! I was ecstatic!! One case was No Billed, thankfully & the I paid a fine, 90 days deferred disposition then Ms Tucker will be able to help me make it go away.

I had a DUI in Denton country. It was very stressful and I knew I need a very good attorney to support me to get through this. After going through so many hours of research online, my search ended with hiring Kimberly. I am very glad she accepted my case.
She was honest with me from the beginning and explained me the possibilities of the case, made me understand the law, what the next steps are and is very professional in communication.

What I really liked about the service is
-> Her strategical advice at many points, given the complexity of my case is really good.
-> Communication was prompt via email at every step, including for her own vacation time upfront.
-> Her patience in answering questions, genuine advice and care for the client.
-> Her explanation of what will happen next and what the plan is.
-> Exceptional service, going above and beyond

There were many instances where the service was above and beyond, ex: I had issues with my interlock device for a short time and she cared enough to help by letting her IID contact know about the issue. Also, at the end, she got my interlock device removal granted, but I did not got the removal papers on the court date by mistake. She and her team followed up personally and got the papers to me from the court the very next day!!

She cares about her clients enough and I felt no different and I am really very pleased with her service. I had attorneys for other things in my past such as immigration matters and others, and from my own little experience I can say that she is definitely in her own league, at the very top. I wish my other attorneys could at least be half good as her.

I could not be more happy with the outcome we got last week.
I cannot thank her enough and I would highly recommend her services.

I am usually not the reviewing type, but I felt the need to do something in return for her awesome service and the person she is. I am able to write this review (from my secondary email for my own privacy) in peace because of her.
