Fanny was welcoming, kind and extremely professional from start to finish. She was thorough with all of our documents and explained with clear instructions for the many, many documents that had to be signed and/or notarized for our living trust. I would highly recommend Fanny for your notary needs. What a night and day difference from the notary we had encountered last week at the Bank of America on Gellert (Eduardo), who explained nothing, was not friendly or helpful and was only willing to sign three items.
