Did she get the job done yes but putting it simply she was very cold throughout the process... I was going through a domestic situation and a divorce after 14 years and she continuously made me feel like she was supporting my ex. I felt like any time I asked a question I was made to feel like I should know the answer and her knowledge and experience made her some how more superior than me. I tried to explain I was emotional and uncertain of any of the process and she continued to drag things out even after I had met my settlement requirements. this was an easy case as we didn't really contest much. But when the guy I have a no contact order on did not meet his deadline to retrieve his things she expected me to pay for a motion to get him a date to gather his things. When I told her I was not paying for anything else as he had already walked away with over 70k of money I earn she said she would go ahead and withdraw from the case and that I can be held in contempt.... Maybe I don't know the law but I also did not go to law school so probably why I hired a lawyer... this should have been handled in a much faster fashion and WAY MORE compassion. I hope she can show a little care in her future cases especially ones involving domestic violence....
