If there were more than five stars available for this review, I would pick it. Sonia was a delight to work with -- she's impeccable, conscientious, and she knows her stuff. She was of immense help to me and my wife as we navigated the paperwork to help our daughter and son-in-law to buy their first house in Florida. She coordinated with the Florida title company so she could prepare and notarize Florida real estate paperwork that needed our signatures and shipped it back east overnight delivery, so we could not miss the closing date in Florida. We had to find a mobile notary on our own real fast in our area, when the Florida title company ran into delays finding one for us. It was a nerve-wracking experience for me, but as soon as I spoke to Sonia on the phone, I felt calmed. She has a kind, competent, and caring presence that was a great comfort. She showed up on time at our house, had everything prepared, and the signing went smoothly. She was very familiar with how to handle real estate transactions like this and knew how to adapt it to Florida requirements. It was a real pleasure to meet her and to rely on her expertise. I recommend her highly! She will be our go-to when we need notarized documents in the future.
