Thank goodness for Joe. We’ve had to get documents notarized on evenings or weekends a couple of times and he’s been great. Joe is professional, friendly, efficient, and flexible. Definitely recommend working with him.

Unfortunately my experience with Joe wasn’t as great as others here.

I requested 2 apostille from him. However, it ended up not being accepted by the depart where I needed to use and had to redo both of them again. He notarized both documents with additional charges, but was not necessary. And it was not the designated department required. The price wasn’t cheap, I paid $420 for both. I requested a redo in required form, and ask for a partial refund from him. He refused.

I ended up finding somewhere else with much reasonable price and expertise in the field who actually knows what exactly each department requires. I wished I went to them earlier so I won’t waste $420 and have to redo everything.

I should have alerted that Meeting at whole foods for such sensitive service was already sketchy.

We met Joe for a notary appointment. It was scheduled last minute on a Sunday but he made time for us. Not only that, but he explained all the paperwork to my mom in Chinese to ensure she understood.
