I sighed up for a policy with Veronica. 2 weeks later I received a letter of my policy being cancelled due that my vehicle doesn't qualify for personal auto insurance. I spoke to Veronica on the phone and through emails. She explained why also informed me that I will be getting a full refund because I wouldn't have been covered if I was involved in an accident. Called today and was informed that I would not get a refund nor will I get the down payment for the policy. Tired of insurance companies screwing people. Put spoke to a few companies and they said I should still get some reimbursement. This insurance company has a 2.3 rating for a reason criminals
