His first response was “Who are you?” I told him my name again and asked him how he was and he responded “this sounds like a solicitation.”

Pretty sad if this “gentleman” thinks someone with a cheery voice is looking for money. He is the lawyer. He is the one looking for money.

I told him I was simply looking for legal representation and apologized for bothering him and I ended the call.

Not only were his responses defensive and rude; his tone and attitude needs adjustment if he wants to continue taking clients. I’m not sure how he has received five stars in the past.
