Good location close to many restaurants and stores...close to the beach. I didn't like the lobby. When I walked in I thought I wouldn't like it. But the room was very nice, cozy and very clean. No ramp to get a cart at the entrance is a negative. But overall I would recommend it. The front desk was very friendly.

This hotel did not have oceanfront it had ocean side you could not view it from the room,but what it did have was a lot of trash and the smells inside and outside was just very bad the stove Top did not work in two of the three rooms that I booked. The refrigerator had accumulated ice It was not easy to communicate with the staff due to language barriers. The carpet was dark and dingy. The walls were painted yellow, so it made everything in the room look dingy. This would not be a place that I would suggest due to the atmosphere surrounding the rooms and the outside of the Hotel

PARENTS AND FAMILIES BEWARE
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This hotel is an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with the stench of mildew, stale smoke, and something I couldn’t even identify—maybe despair? The carpets were stained, the walls had mysterious smears, and I genuinely questioned whether the sheets had ever been washed.

The room was filthy and outdated beyond belief. Hair in the sink, mold in the shower, and a sticky residue on nearly every surface. I didn’t even feel comfortable putting my bags on the floor, let alone sleeping there.

Safety? What safety? The locks barely worked, the hallways were dimly lit and sketchy, and the front . The entire building felt like it was one faulty wire away from going up in flames. Or your children being trafficked in the middle of the night !

This place should honestly be condemned. Do yourself a favor: sleep in your car, pitch a tent, or just stay literally anywhere else.

WE DIDN’T CHOOSE TO STAY IN THE ROOM trust me we were up until 2 am searching for anywhere else that could take us. We were speaking to booking.com about what to do and if they could move us they advised us that we should stay since it was already so late. We got little to no sleep because we were so disgusted and felt so uncomfortable ! We called the front desk and voiced our concerns and were told nothing could be done until the morning when the manager was there. Turns out the manager never came in the next day . Upon checkout at 8am I told the front desk person how unhappy we were so we more than voiced our concerns and nothing was done about it. Your property is disgusting and you have misleading pictures for people to book and I’ll tell you this item is certainly not as described ! Get better management and update and clean your property or better yet just bulldoze it down and start over! I have more images too !

Great location, close to beach and many nearby eateries, grocery store, bus stops.
But rooms are claustrophobic as no ventilation, windows can not be opened. Big rooms but not so many amenities. This is advertised as if a resort quality but in real its just bigger Motel with swimming pool.
Way many instructions, rules and restrictions posted all over. Not so friendly front desk. Not worth the cost even though it was mid level costly for me.

Disappointing stay. After a long drive from Central Florida, we arrived to find no parking—concierge directed us to public parking on 72nd with a 4-hour max. Our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes and felt sticky and generally a little unclean. The pool was nice (but busy) and the beachfront location with included chairs was a plus, but we ended up booking an Airbnb instead. Just a heads-up if you plan to have a car in Miami—this hotel is not convenient for drivers.

Positive: The location is ok. The layout and amenities are nice. Negative: The hotel smells and hits you as soon as u hit the door. The rooms would actually be perfect if they were updated a little and the carpet was replaced w tile.

This by far has been one of the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Hotel is smelly and dirty. Carpet looks filthy, beds are squeaky and toilet is outdated. Paid almost $500 for two nights and still was charged $25 a night. When asked why was i being charged more the customer service was condescending and told me i should’ve read the pamphlet. I had to probe to only find out the $500 was a reservation fee the hotel charges but yet you still pay a nightly fee which makes absolutely no sense. Usually when staff behaves this way it’s a reflection of management. There is no parking so good luck finding that. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

Great location for beach, food, transportation! Good size, nice staff and amenities. Entrance is not on Collins but in between the beach and Collins on 71st. A little sketchy at night not having an entrance on the main road and construction barriers. Some nice modern updates, however; rooms smelled very musky as did all of my clothes upon returning home. My eye mask I wore one night I had to wash immediately. Aside from this, the price and location are great and very nice people work there. If you want to save some $ and be on Miami Beach, definitely check it out but there is no parking.
