Joseph Boy has been our IT person for at least the past 10 years. He returns calls promptly, and always comes up with a solution when we have issues. My husband is blind, Joe has spent the time and effort to understand the particular challenges this poses, and my husband uses his computer about 6 hours a day! Mr. Boy has an incredible combination of computer and business knowledge so he is able to do just more than just fix computers. He responds instantly and understands how computers are a very important to a businesses' function and profit. He always ensures he, his team and the business's computers are doing everything they can to "work hard" for an organization.
