We used Lorraine as a mediator.
Pros:
Competitively priced
Cons:
Condescending to her clients / frequently interrupts
Does not take notes, so each session starts with a refresher getting her up to speed
Does not accept credit cards or Venmo in 2020 — you must physically mail her a check
Technologically deficient — submits documents in Word Perfect format
Is virtually impossible to reach by phone because she uses a landline

Don’t take my word for it. Check out her reviews on Yelp too.

Needs to own up to her "hippie legal legacy" with her hypocrisy and being vindictive to those she rescues I have here a non-legal unenforceable notice to vacate being a rescued houseless person who was fighting to find housing applying everyday and fighting housing discrimination and eas accused of stealing her room for rent I was relieved to leave her place faster so my belongings weren't thrown out as this vindictive " so called peace loving" (oxymoron hippie) called me a man in the body of a woman.
