The Verbraucherzentrale provided me with a lot of useful information on saving for retirement. The consultation was in German but the advisor took the effort to slow down and explain things in detail when necessary (German isn't my native language). Since we didn't use up the whole time slot, I was only charged a fraction of the original fee. The consultant remained in contact with me after our session to provide some follow up information on topics we discussed, which I really appreciated. A solid service for people looking for unbiased financial advice.

Amazing Job! I had a problem with freenet which refused to cancel my contract beside I had multiple proof of them being wrong. The verbraucherzentrale helped me through the process and contact freenet. Result? Contract cancelled! And, of course, without freenet apologies. Stay away from Freenet!!

Für mich war es erstmalig, den Service einer Verbraucherberatungsstelle in Anspruch zu nehmen. In Frankfurt hat mich Frau Mayer sehr kompetent und professionell zu meinem Anliegen beraten und alle Fragen dazu ausführlich und anschaulich erklärt und beantwortet. Darüber hinaus konnte ich zahlreiche alternative Möglichkeiten und Anregungen mitnehmen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden und die 30 Euro Gebühr waren dies allemal wert!
Auch am Empfang konnte mir zu einem anderen Thema schnell weiter geholfen und das gewünschte Informationsmaterial gegeben werden.

Aufpassen bei der Beratung, nicht alles ist korrekt, was hier Ihnen mitgeteilt wird!
Ich war mir der Beratung, für die ich bezahlt habe, überhaupt nicht zufrieden!
Habe mehrere Schreiben von dubiosen Anwälten und Inkassounternehmen erhalten, die offensichtlich rechtswidrig handeln und wollte eine Beratung hierzu erhalten. Die Dame fragte mich zuerst worum es geht (obwohl ich mein Anliegen schon vorher geschildert hatte), danach erzählte sie über sich selbst, wie lange sie schon als Anwältin arbeitet und wir erfolgreich sie ist. Und dafür bezahle ich, toll!
Auf meine Anfrage kam nur ihre Aussage, ich soll den Betrag überweisen, denn ansonsten wäre der Aufwand zu groß. Was für ein Quatsch und das von einer "erfolgreichen Anwältin" vom Verbraucherschutz!
Letzen Endes habe ich die dubiosen Rechnung nicht bezahlt und bin froh darüber nicht auf den Verbraucherschutz gehört zu haben.
