If I could give no stars, I would. Please if you're facing a 'No fault" eviction --- AVOID THIS PLACE!!! They do not inform you of your tenant rights at all. Instead, they tell you to file an answer, which is the worse thing you can do. Please know your options and reserve your rights. If you need help and can afford it, seek CalTenantLAW. They are really about helping the people. Also, I am not an affiliate of CalTenantLaw, nor do I get paid by them. They have a lot of free information on their page.

They made me wait 1 full week while in dire need just to do the bare minimum. The supervisor for some reason really didn't want to help me and pretty much blew me off and gave me advice which was what I have already been doing. She also didn't care about the police report I brought in with the code violations to use. Thanks for insulting me!

Personally anyone that deals with Michaela just watch out she’s not a good person at heart and on top of that they make you do all the footwork there. unprofessional they say they’re going to do something they never do it like I was told that they were going to do be there forever me all the way so when it came too jury trial for me ,they want to tell me at the end of my deposition negotiation settlement that they cannot no longer take me as a client because they felt like i wasn’t going to win so then I had 48 hours to find a lawyer on weekend for court that Monday She left me high and dry in the blind be careful they’re sneaky

Called to get advice about my mom's probate, was told to call the bar association and was promptly hung up on. Is that really a way to run a business? Also, the receptionist voice was muffled most of the time which added to the frustration.

very unprofessional the asain woman said please hold then proceeded to hang up in my face. i called back explain what help i needed she gave me a random number that was disconnected and i said whom will i ask to speak to? she says "who ever pickes up the phone"! then hangs up in my face
