My wife & I got our wills updated. We also got a Durable Power of Attorney & an Advanced Directive for Healthcare completed for my wife, my mother & myself. Tonya Brewer worked with us to get all of the legal documents completed, signed & notarized. Tonya did a
great job helping us with the documents. Tonya gave us some great legal advice about some very important things we were unaware of so we included the info she shared with us in our wills, durable power of attorney, & advanced directive for healthcare documents. I would highly recommend for anyone to have a will & the other two documents completed because no one knows when they will need to use any of the 3 very important documents! All of
the staff at this law office was very friendly & helpful. You are made to feel very welcomed & appreciated at this law firm. My father was moving out of the country, and I needed a quick power of attorney for my dad and his wife so I could handle their affairs in their absence. I'm not local to the area (but time was of the essence), so I called the attorney I remember seeing on the billboards and asked if this was something he handles and whether he could squeeze me into his busy schedule. Their office is nice and his staff are very professional. I want to thank Mr. Mccutcheon and his team for being so accommodating. He had us in and out in no time with power-of-attorney in hand.

Mr. Hamner was great to deal with! Got the most he could of for me. His paralegal Tonya was a real pleasure to deal with! I was on the phone getting information about the process weekly and she was always patient and very helpful. Great place to go for legal help. 10 stars!
