When I contacted them in June to start and eviction process the loan I talked to was wonderful...she was very knowledgeable, Profession, and caring. She served a 60 day notice and I was very happy and confident with the service at that point.

When I called after the 60 days to file the actual eviction paperwork, it was a totally different experience. The 2 girls (one claimed to be a manager)I spoke to were dimissive and extremely unprofessional. They were unable to count 60 days from June 15 correctly and were unable to do anything this week. I have no confidence with these girls and I just went ahead and hired a lawyer.

Not sure if there has been a change in personnel or management, but it was like 2 different businesses. I would avoid them and go with another company if I were you.

Revised: Be careful with this place. You have to stay on top of your matter. We had one case with them and they neglected to call and tell us about the very first hearing. My tenant laughed in my face for not being there and we ended up having to dismiss this case. If we had a decent attorney, like we paid for, we would have had a chance. They use one attorney who is so overwhelmed with cases you will not get the attention you need.

Very nice people to deal with. They deserve 5 stars but I would have to say the short hours and being able to reach them was the downfall for me.

I received a nice phone call from Daniel Carrington stating he Is the owner, he was very nice at the Time, he explained to me that I have made a 60 Day notice wrong and needed it to do it again. Then I received an email from him with a false accusation that "I have wrote out back dated the notice," he never saw me doing such thing, In fact I have never met him personally, the day I went to service the notice , an standby sheriff was present, three civilian's were present as witnesses, photos and video was taken of all forms and the person who received the notice too. I served three different types of notice to make sure everything was ok.

How Mr. Carrington can make such a false statement, what proof does he has to do such thing.
If his team member Elaine Carrington did not like me and did not want to take my case , a polite way to say no, was just to say: sorry we are overload with work, or sorry but we can not take your case at this time, it would have been enough and ok
But it is UnEthical, Unprofessional, out of line to make such false statements just because they did not like my accent or my person.

Those people Action Eviction Service are being referred under the table by personal at the Court building, this company should be investigated. Are not in the referral paper but they are writing the information and verbally referring them.
Sooner or later people doing wrong things have to get caught.
