I recently needed to enlist the help of a mobile docu service to help facilitate the signing of a lease agreement for my mother's new residence.

I reside out of the state my mother resides and was fortunately able to come across Sheridan Mobile Notary and reached out to its proprietor, Yohana Cruz Sheridan, to see if, by chance, she could help out in this manner. A few emails and calls and I was pleasantly surprised when Yohana was able to help out and did so the same day of the contact. She commuted to my mother's residence and helped her signed the necessary documents and quickly had the signed documents scanned and emailed back to me the same day.
