My public defender has not done anything that he told me he would do and mind you he’s been my public defender for seven months and still can’t do what he says he will do. I get a failure to appear because of him and he don’t take care of it. I called them supervisor they say I have to deal with it if it keeps going down to that I will hire a private attorney to sue them as well because I should I have to pay for an attorney when I can’t afford one.

They lose information and are a joke. "You've moved on with your life...keep it that way, okie dokie" ARE YOU SERIOUS? The whole legal system starting from the cops all the way to the judge are crooks, remedial and only worried about money. Very unprofessional and unjust.
