They stand on heartfelt stories of helping people with eviction or writ of Possession Prevention. I'm in this situation now while lost my job and have my 1 year old disabled granddaughter living with me and all they could say is oh well when the sherrifs come they will be nice. What a shame we were assigned to a lawyer there that spoke to me twice and didn't reply for 10 days. Then out of the blue I get a text from another lawyer that she's taking over my situation but she couldn't help.My poor disabled granddaughter needs routine and quiet spaces ect. but they couldn't help me. My disabled daughter has not started receiving any ssi income yet and me losing my job they wasted my time when those 10 days went by I could have tried a fundraiser or something but it's too late.

I have had two experiences with this organization and I must say that I was sad to hear that Mr Charles left because he was very thorough with his work. However, today I spoke with a lovely beautiful spirited woman name Ms Cristina Swan (after the initial receptionist had me on hold until the music no longer played and the call was then disconnected?)
I called back twice and was so grateful to hear such a pleasant compassionate voice on the line.
Ms Cristina did my intake and her customer service was amazing! She is also very thorough with the intake process, direct and quickly got my intake completed while showing compassion and being understanding of my situation. When people call places that offer help.. it seems like the employees should be pleasant or at least act like they’re wanting to help us because we are already dealing with slumlords disrespecting us in our homes, in front of our children, friends & family and neighbors and violating our rights.. so, to call in and have Ms Lady with the attitude leave me on a long hold without getting my phone number or saying “ ..it may be a while would you like to call back?” And then having the call disconnected after that long wait, it was very consoling to my mental and spirit to have such a professional pleasant and thorough woman like Ms Cristina Swan on the line during my time of need and traumatic triggers I am enduring while living in this slumlord’s unit.
I kept texting Mr Charles and was getting no response, just to find out he is no longer working there. God forbid I need to call back again needing help, I hope Ms Cristina is still there or someone else just as professional. Y’all can let go of the disgruntled woman who initially answered the phone lol ..seriously.. let her go.
As for those amazing employees like Mr Charles and Ms Cristina, who actually care about people (and it shows in the way they operate the phone calls) you need to make sure you give them top tier contributions and recognition!
And if you see this Ms Cristina.. I want to thank you again✨?✨ because I literally was in tears telling you about the experience my family and I are enduring from this man and you truly helped to raise my spirit. You truly are a wonderful person and I am grateful that I was lucky enough to get you on the line instead of the miserable sounding lady who initially answered the phone for me today.

I called to ask general information I called three times and while I was in the queue, they answer the phone and nobody’s answering me so I had to call back again. Also, the front desk lady is very rude and needs to be fired! To be honest this whole organization need some work and new employees!

I called the florida bar association first and was directed to the fla rural legal services. The woman who I spoke to was very abrupt and rude. She hung up on me.

Called to ask some general questions the front desk lady is rude as ever I know the office is in the hood but not everyone you come in contact with is ghetto and rude. Her actions is why people respond out of character the way they do.
