The Worsham Law Firm, especially Amanda Kennedy, represented my husband and I through an emergency guardianship. Hands down the best service I could have asked for. I’m an attorney and now how busy and non responsive we can be sometimes and that was never the case with this firm. Amanda makes sure she communicates and keeps you in the loop through the whole thing. They are dedicated and professional and know what they are doing!

Definitely would not recommend these people. It’s sad that a former paralegal of his quoted “Those guys are not organized” My case was not solved even when I paid in full. The staff definitely don’t communicate well at all via email or phone calls and I’m not a local. Made a couple trips to Little Rock and when Richard was available if that was possible he is not professional at all did not look me in my eye to tell me the truth on what I was facing on my custodial case nor did he do something simple as a handshake. I definitely came out of almost $10k for nothing.

We cannot speak highly enough of Richard Warsham and his wonderful staff. Their professionalism and kindness helped us through the very complicated and emotionally difficult guardianship proceeding and on to the final adoption of our granddaughter. Mr. Warsham’s wise counsel enabled us to make the decisions necessary to secure our beloved child’s future while protecting her psychological well being. Mr. Warsham and Whitney Kay Ohlhausen made themselves available when needed and always offered us the calm objective analysis of our situation that guided us towards the successful resolution of a treacherous legal fight. We were ignorant of the laws and legal processes related to the issues in our case but the Warsham Firm’s knowledge and experience in Family Law educated both parties in the action about how the law protects the best interest of the child.

The worst of all attorneys I have had. He over talks you. He does not make your case a priority. Once you signed the agreement and make the pmt your case is tossed to the side like garbage. He is hard to contact and when he said he is going to do some thing, he don't. He is nothing but a scammer. He was hire as a appeal attorney under false pretenses, he paint an awesome picture until u pay him. Try to give him a 2nd chance and he was hired for comptemp which we never went to court for. I ask for an extension due to I felt not ready and plus would had rather had a change of custody instead. A the contempt were dismissed w/o prejudice and after I told Richard how I felt he decided to withdraw from the case. He got paid and NOTHING was done. So I pretty much paid for him for paper work and to sit and talk about nothing and send me on a goose chance and waisting my time on my custody and giving the other party the opportunity enough time to strategize and submit what I have been asking for month a CHANGE OF CUSTODY but Richard just kept putting my case off and waisting time making my case worst.

Richard Worsham represented my cousin in a adoption case and he failed to make sure they had all the paper work. Due to his negligence they lost and another couple that was not even family adopted the child. Would not recommend him at all, unless you want to lose!

I recommend Mr. Worshom for any child custody matter. We are a military family from GA & we hired Mr. Worshom without any knowledge of him. He represented us in a emergency custody hearing & we won. He spoke with us in his office over 2 hrs regarding the case the morning before court. Him and his staff were very courteous and professional. At the hearing Mr. Worshom fought not just for us but for what was right. He is a a man of class and integrity. Of course I don’t know him personally but I can tell he takes a deep interest in his cases and the people he represents. I look forward to using him for our final custody hearing also. We don’t mind paying him because we feel like we are getting our moneys worth. He has a great respect for military families and all families. If you are searching for an attorney I would atleast going and speak with him before you make any decisions.
