So far we have had an amazing experience! We just signed a lease with them and the process was quick and easy! We tried going through another rental company but they wouldn’t even show us a house without an application. Russellville management service got us in to look at a home same day with no fees up front. Looked one day, turned in an application the next and was approved same day! Wonderful people to work with

Some of the lady are really nice, but the ones that handle the application process are really rude. Plus don't expect them to rent to you if you don't have at least a 700 credit score. Also sent 120 dollars to get insulted and robbed.

I would go as far to say that this is the best rental company to rent through in the area! The houses they rent are definitely in better shape than other companies and any time there's a maintenance concern they are on it! I wish they had the ability to pay rent online, but its not a huge deal. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to people, but be aware that the good houses go FAST! So if you are needing a place, keep a watch on their website and call as soon as you see a place you might want because there's a potential that it will be already gone by the next day.
