The woman that’s answers the phone has an attitude! I called to ask to one question and she was acting as if I was bothering her. The nerve of me to bother her at her place of employment. Someone needs to work on their customer service skills.

Attorney Kristen Hill accepts litigation on behalf of clients who have extorted their former spouse's income into a gambling addiction at Horseshoe Casino which directly funds the Hammond Legal Aid clinic even after her client has disclosed this relationship to her. It is a conflict of interest and I expect the office to hear from the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission shortly.

Their attitudes are off the chain,
They were mostly women who act like I was beneath them with the way they approach me about my concerns. Didn't get the help I needed but not mad about it because I really didn't trust them to take my case. The ONLY reason they get 2 stars is because it was a fast process.

EXTREMELY Rude, Unpleasant and unprofessional. From the secretary Griselda in the front to the attorney Renee Ortega. She gets irritated sarcastic and smart when you ask her a question about your case. I see why her services are free. She doesn’t really care.
