Owner is manipulative and referred to me as "one of those patients". This all started when I was seeking a new pshych for meds. I got on board with their dr and got me medications. Then I called up there and asked for an appointment for couples counseling. They said they would get back with me, but never did. I was talking to an associate on an unrelated matter and told her I never heard back for the couples appointment. She said she would look into it and call me back. She never did.

A couple weeks went by and I called back for a third time. She gave me an appointment time with a counselor. My wife and I arrived at the business for our scheduled appointment, only to be told that there was never an appointment made in their system. I left upset. I came home and put up a google review giving my side of what happened, as three attempts for over a month trying to get an appointment failed.

After I put up the review, the owner called me personally. Her name is Karen, absolutely KAREN. She asked me why I would put up a review like that and I told her that I wasn't able to get the ppl at her business to take care of me. She kind of talked like she wanted to help me, but blaming me for the whole situation and actually told me that I had NOT done my due diligence in resolving the matter because I didn't call her directly, even though I did not know that was an option. I told her I could take the review down if she could resolve the situation and get my appointment taken care of. She told me she wasn't interested because "you are going to be one of THOSE kind of patients". I asked her what exactly that means. She said that I'm going to be that guy that blasts her company if anything else were to go wrong in the future.

I agreed to take down the review if she would get me in. She called me back the next day and said that her counselors weren't willing to work with me because I gave a public review of the terrible service I got (never actually got) from this place. They filled my medications one more time and then kicked me out of their care because I asked three times for an appointment and after being stood up by the company, told the public what a terrible experience I had. I ended up not being able to get my medications at all because of this KAREN. I wasn't able to find a replacement doctor before my meds ran out and had to stop three mental medications at one time due the way I was treated here. I would advise to NOT do any business with this place and the KAREN.

This place is the best mental health facility : counseling / medicine management I’ve been and I am 37 years old and been going to various places since a teen.

First off the facility is clean and welcoming. clean being the key word!!! The cute decor is simply a bonus!!!

The welcoming faces at the front desk have never made me feel unwelcome, unwanted, a bother etc. I’ve come in super early because I was distressed and they put me in a private room to wait until my appointment. I’ve had to call and cancel at minute and they’ve been nothing but accommodating. When my car was in the shop longer than expected they changed to virtual no hesitation.

Meagan is a great listener and I feel like I’m talking to my bestie or sister when I visit her.
Barbara is THE WOMAN I appreciate her so much. I recently lost my mother and she is the presence that I need. I look forward to each of our sessions she gives me excellent advice and somehow frames it so I can understand no matter how simple the concept seems she doesn’t judge me for not knowing or understanding. She also gives me hugs which I love. Thank you Hall and Associates

My experience has been the best help I've gotten ever . I've been in and out different psychiatrist and psychologist none ever helped or truly seemed to care
I was skeptical trying to get help again. I was really at my witts end and I knew I really needed help ASAP. Thank goodness for having insurance (I hadn't had it in years) . Both Tiffany and Ashley are amazing. They listen,they genuinely care about you, and try to help you find and work threw your problems. Mental health we all know it's a merry go round when trying to find the right medicine/medicines that work for you. With Tiffany she lets you know that is okay mental health is harder than just fixing a broken arm. Anytime you need to talk or see your psychiatrist, psychologist they find a way to see you as soon as possible. They tell you to never hesitate to reach out if you need to. Having that net there has made me so much more comfortable.i mean all this. Also the office secretary is the SWEETEST woman!!
Long story but 10/10 I recommend

It’s all about the money, told me how much it would be I told them just to forget it i would do something else. I was assured over and over it was ok just come in and pay what I could and they would work with me. Well two days later they’re calling me asking me to pay the remainder in
Full and would have to pay $175 at my next visit or I could not come to my next appointment . So with the $100 I paid the first day and $150 they got today I canceled my next appointment and got absolutely nothing from my first meeting besides “wow you’ve had a lot happen” and “that’s so sad” things I already know. $250 lesson learned don’t ask for help just deal with it on my own.

Addition: this was done via text today and didn’t really appreciate the laughing smiley face emoji when they thanked me for my payment.
