They only help the poor of the poorest its sad. They should be able to help anyone who cannot afford a lawyer Especially if they're rights Are being violated. I hate this city.

Did not help at all. Didn’t even give advice to where to go for help. It is super sad that they are supposed to help the less fortunate but they don’t even help with the elderly. I will go and ask for help for elderly abuse somewhere else maybe there is a lawyer reading this that will help me…

Don't know why this place exists because they can never help you with nothing. They can't direct you to any attorney assistance, so I don't know why they are there. I'm looking for some pro Bono attorneys for a civil rights matter they couldn't tell me nothing but we don't did that and couldn't direct to any place that does. So again I say what is there purpose.

My case was recently worked on by an attorney and paralegal. I couldn’t have asked for more. I am very grateful for their help and all of their hard work.

Will put you on hold forever just to disconnect you without a word said. None of their options truly work, either.

It is impossibly to get through to a human or navigate the system. After calling several times a few weeks ago only to be put on hold until it decided it was time to disconnect, I filled out an online application and made an appointment for a call. They called half an hour before my appointment. I and I was at work. They rescheduled me, but I missed it thanks to a glitch. The voicemail, get this, only said to call the number I'd been trying to call weeks before. And, when you call the number, it tells you to fill out an online application, which I already did. So now I don't know what to do. Emailed the address on their website but haven't gotten a response. I'm sure they are just overwhelmed, but they are stressing out stressed out people. It would be nice if they could get someone to work out the kinks and make the whole system work a little more smoothly.

Why does this place even exist if they CANNOT help!!! I went the other day for the first time ever, because I kept hearing that they can help and the lady at the front had a damn attitude, for what!!! Places that are meant to help the community shouldn’t have people with bad attitudes working there!!!! Just shut this place down because y’all here for nothing!!!
