Very bad experience this man ran off with thousands of dollars and didn't represent my brother's case... He gave us false information,lied several times and was very unprofessional. When we questioned him about his unprofessionalism,he removed himself off the case and kept all of my brother's money....It's a lot of attorneys participating in this foolishness (#Murfreesboro),(Nashville)&(Rutherford County Jail)ALL will be exposed 2024!

I highly recommend Mr Catron for legal issues!! He may be a "man of few words", but He Really gets the job done...just Listen to what he says regarding the steps you'll take. When my temporary bout of impatience caused me to want to call-in daily, his staff Exemplified Compassion, Patience, and the Reassurance I needed. I have since learned to just have Faith in the process, and that his "Team" is working Diligently. Sam, one of the assistants, is "AMAZING". Together, with Mr Catron at the helm, they have Delivered me Freedom!!--even sooner than expected. My Divorce is Final, and I "Close" on my new mortgage refi on 8 May 24!!! "Yeah Baby" "whoo Hoo"

I would give a 0 but you can't do that. Me and my ex husband went to them to file for divorce and for child custody, I was told of March 2023 that everything was taking care of and we didn't have to do anything since I paid them to file and fill out everything. Well fast forward to a year and a month later I'm trying to enroll my son to preschool and they said they did the child custody paperwork ,the court signed one, so I contacted both Kirk who we started the whole thing with then Sam. They finally got back to me and I found out it never happened that something with the court! Then was told they would resubmit it and it would take a week now it's been a whole month and neither one has gotten back to me! So they took my money and have done nothing to help me! I can't even enroll my son to a preschool cause they chose not to contact me or tell me what the heck is going on! Don't use them cause they only want your money and will leave you high and dry

I was referred to Kirk after having nightmare scenarios with multiple attorneys regarding my custody arrangement. I went in thinking this was going to be another attorney that just kept asking for payments and not actually caring about my kids. After our first conversation, I knew I was referred to one of the best.

Kirk has been on top of my case since our initial conversation, helped fix issues caused by previous attorneys, and has been consistent in doing the things he says. I hope no one ever needs an attorney, but if you do, Kirk and his team are phenomenal.
