The workers wouldn't clean any messes that my grandpa and dad had made over the weekend. None of the workers would do more than one thing a day, and would sit outside and smoke cigarettes for 3/4th of the time that they were supposed to be working. I get that they are non-profit and the pay may make some of the workers "uninspired", but it's clearly unorganized and not monitored. My grandpa and dad were also told that if they made messes during the weekend, the workers were not required to clean those, and they may call the state on them. The workers never did over half of the work they were supposed to do over the week anyways.
