Even in what was an emotionally charged and frankly petty case, he remained grounded—focused on the law and the facts. He never allowed the lowbrow tactics of the opposing party to derail the process or distract the judge from what truly mattered: the truth.

Navigating the court system is tough, especially when your opponent is a skilled manipulator—an expert-level narcissist who could force out tears on cue. I genuinely feel for judges; they don’t know the people standing in front of them, and it’s easy to see how one could get swept up in the emotional drama. At one point, it felt like the judge was leaning into the gaslighting and theatrics of the other side.
