Marcus Law has fraudulently charged multiple credit card charges to a dying man's (stage 4 colon cancer) credit card while he was on chemotherapy.

Marcus had no business or authorization making these fraudulent charges as my father terminated his relationship with Marcus and completely fulfilled financial obligations with Marcus well before these fraudulent credit card charges were made and before going into major cancer surgery.

In my opinion, Ethan Marcus is the most unethical attorney I have ever come across in my many interactions with attorneys of law.

I have filed a complaint with the CA Bar and am now working with my counsel on next steps in addressing the fraud that has been committed against my dying father while he was battling terminal cancer.

RESPONSE TO ETHAN MARCUS' RESPONSE BELOW:

All evidences of fraud have been provided to the California Bar and I am in the process as Trustee of reaching out to other authorities in California to report the fraudulent activities on the part of the firm.

Lie #1: "Jeremy never communicated with firm this grievance"

Yes, I have. My counsel has reached out to Ethan Marcus through his counsel in a May 16th letter.

The fraud was recently discovered when Marcus filed a fraudulent claim against my father's estate and I learned details including my father's July 27th Termination letter as well as the fraudulent credit card charges made.

Disingenuous claim: "The firm has never had any relationship with Jeremy Runnells"

I never claimed to have a relationship with the firm. This is just an attempt to distract from the issue.

The firm had a relationship with my father who was a co-signer for his son who was involved in a divorce case. What they're not telling you is that my father ended this relationship on July 27th via writing and verbally and the firm continued to charge fraudulent charges for 3 months after this Termination took place.

As Trustee and the personal representative of my father, accounting for this fraud is now my responsibility.

I am initiating further legal action against Ethan Marcus for the fraudulent credit card charges he has made on my father's credit card after my father terminated his relationship with Ethan Marcus.

I have proof and evidences of fraud. Ethan Marcus can claim victimhood and issue threats all he wants. I will see him in court.
