Hoping this glowing review speaks volumes since Michael is actually my opposing counsel for a prenup. The value is excellent when I saw the output of his work for the amount my now-husband paid. He and Janessa are highly responsive, proactive, and knowledgeable. He thought of clauses I didn't even think to include because, well, I'm not a lawyer well-versed in family law.

The practice is technologically up to date (uses Zoom) and very professional. You'll be in good hands with Michael!

I was honestly completely dreading the whole prenup process. My experience of lawyers has always been a nightmare, overly expensive, hard to get through to and very slow at getting done what needs to be done.

Michael and Janessa always answered the phone, replied to emails often within minutes and got done what a lot of lawyers said wouldn’t be doable in the time frame it had to be done by all for an incredibly reasonable price.

Michael very patiently walked me through the entire document clearly explaining it and the amendments he recommended. Communicated with my fiancé’s lawyer fantastically and got everything done seamlessly.

Multiply the stars by two because Michael is a stellar attorney. I went in quite lost not entirely knowing how prenups worked and honestly quite scared by what some of the other attorneys made it seem.

Michael however made it all so simple. His years of experience shows in the way he expertly drafts and reviews agreements. Additionally, very few professionals in this field have what I believe Michael does - he went above and beyond to help us find a representative for my partner when his rep turned out to be subpar. He made sure both my partner and my best interests were protected. He was timely. He was always happy to explain and make revisions. His emails were always so kindly written. All this and his services are SO affordable.

Of course separation is never easy, but Janessa and Michael totally understood that and they made everything easier than it would have ever been if we were to have done this alone.
