Recently did my taxes with Mayo and he was great this is going to be the 3red year going to him and I’ll tell you it’s worth it, he’s super kind and thoughtful, he is like family to me now super respectful and helpful with explaining everything that you need and I will for sure go to him every year, he also does Notary as well so he can help you with more then just your taxes, Thank You so much!! ❤️❤️

Google said they open at 9am so my mom and I got there at 8:53am. Saw the guy (later known to be Mayo) pull up, unlock the parking gate, and go in. So I followed and parked inside the gated parking lot. Few minutes later he signaled my mom toward the entrance. Then he asked what services we needed. My mom told him she needed a document translated. He said they don’t open until 10am. I said google says they’re open 9am. Anyway, he lets us in. Then asks for documents and says it’ll be $50. Mind you, they have a paper sign posted with notary pricing listed and on there the translating service stated $40 cost. It was $10 more he was charging us and I guess, although we weren’t wrong, were there an hour before opening according to him, so I didn’t question it then. He says he’ll give my mom a call later on or the following day to let her know documents were ready for pick up. He calls my mom around 3pm. At this time I had already dropped her off so she calls me to pick up. I get there. The receptionist or whomever says it’s $60, I tell her Mayo had said $50 at drop off and I didn’t question him then about the $10 more he was charging me than the price stated on the pricing paper posted & that now he was charging me $60. She says something along the lines of “it’s what he has listed here.” And I ask to speak to him. She says he’s not there. I tell her my mom needs the documents anyways so I’ll pay. I proceed to tell her they should take down the price list as it’s misleading and should be clear on pricing up front instead of just trying to take people’s money. She gave an insincere apology and says they’ll take the price list down. I left and as I left, I saw the same truck Mayo pulled up in earlier in the morning so obviously he was there. At this point, my son was crying (tired) and ready for a nap and I had already paid so I decided not to go back in and argue over what I knew. Definitely don’t recommend this place. Dishonest and misleading. Go elsewhere, for your services.
