I noticed a charge on my bank account from this company I hired for an eviction. I had no idea what the charge was for, I called their office and Rosa said they must have just forgot to bill me, but they charged my card because I owed them additional charges. I asked to speak to Ted the manager and I explained that the last document which I have attached as proof reads I would be billed and if not paid within 14 days they would take the money out of my account. I told Ted to refund me and bill me. He said no. I then told him I would call my bank and report I didn’t approve that charge. He said “do that and I will sue you!” Very unprofessional if you ask me and rude when they were in the wrong, not once apologized and didn’t even consider that maybe I didn’t have the money available or that they took money that I may have needed for other bills. Very inconsiderate!! I’m glad it is over now and they best not charge my card again!! Or we will have issues glad it’s all over but will never use them again they were so unorganized and unprofessional throughout the process! And not to mention never did I get an explanation of these additional charges, I don’t even know if these charges are even valid because TED won’t explain and just threatened me.
